I provide flexible QuickBooks Online support designed for both new clients and existing monthly bookkeeping clients.
Project-Based Services are available to anyone who needs targeted help with setup, catch-up, optimization, training, or customer work.
Add-on Services are available to active monthly clients (Core, Gold, and Platinum) who want to enhance their current package.
I specialize exclusively in QuickBooks Online and focus on accurate bookkeeping, financial organization, cleanup, and proactive guidance. I do not manage ongoing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Payroll processing — these are best handled internally by your team or a dedicated assistant.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own active QuickBooks Online subscription (including any add-ons such as payroll or bill-pay).
I provide the following one-time and project-based support:

Before quoting any ongoing bookkeeping engagement or one-time project, I conduct a thorough diagnostic review of your current books and QuickBooks Online file (if applicable). This is the foundation of our work together.
This review includes:
A detailed examination of your current bookkeeping setup and QuickBooks Online file
Identification of issues, gaps, errors, and areas needing immediate attention
A clear, easy-to-understand report with findings and prioritized recommendations
A precise scope of work and fixed-price quote for the recommended next steps
The diagnostic gives both of us complete clarity: you’ll understand exactly what needs to be done and what the investment will be, while I ensure the solution is tailored specifically to your situation.
Special offer: If you decide to move forward with a monthly bookkeeping package (Core, Gold, or Plantinum) or a one-time project within 30 days, 50% of the diagnostic fee will be credited toward that service.
This ensures you only pay the full cost of the diagnostic if it doesn’t lead to further work with me.
Typical investment: $597 – $997 (one-time)
Duration: Usually completed within 5–10 business days
All diagnostic reviews are performed personally by me, a licensed CPA with extensive experience in financial forensics and internal controls.

Pricing depends on the number of people being trained, complexity of your workflows, and whether it’s delivered live or as a self-paced package with recordings.

Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping Policy
Catch-up projects are based on number of months requiring catch up, quantity of bank & credit card accounts, average monthly transactions, complexity, level of detail needed, and initial diagnostic results.
Typical Investment for example: 3 months of catch-up needed in already established QuickBooks Online account with up to 3 bank & credit card accounts with average of 50 transactions per month and low complexity would start at a minimum of $2100.

I selectively accept custom projects that align with my expertise in QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, financial cleanup, compliance, and in-depth financial analysis.
Examples of custom work I commonly support:

I do not provide ongoing management of:
Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, customer follow-up)
Accounts Payable (bill entry, vendor payments)
Payroll processing or administration
These functions are best handled internally by your team, a virtual assistant, or a specialized service provider.
